PC spdif out to vizio soundbar

I use that Vizio soundbar as my PC speakers and it sounds great for a soundbar(better than my more expensive Samsung soundbar) But keep in mind that Vizio bar has zero bass. I have a cheap sub hooked to mine, IMO its a requirement to pair a sub with that soundbar. Otherwise everything sounds...

Three 24" monitors vs one 30" monitor?

anyone have experience with both? Never gone multi monitor before and with 24"'s getting cheap I am considering selling my current Dell 30" and going to three 24"'s 3x24" vs 1x30"? (only for gaming use and web surfing)

PII X4 945 a bottleneck for GTX580?

About to pull the trigger on upgrading my 5870 to a GTX580. Will a PII X4 945 suffice? or not worth the upgrade with out an entirely new CPU? current specs- PII x4 945 8g 5870 Dell 30" 2560x1600 thanks

Used 30" help me pick, 3007WFP or HP LP3065

I had the same choice in Feb and went with the Dell 3008 off Ebay. Looked at both the HP and the Dell for a while and went Dell because of the monitor aesthetics(beautiful) and the inputs(HDMI) and scaler. Loving the Dell(stunning PQ) and would never go back to anything smaller.

when you say Anti-glare does that mean it has a gloss screen or matte screen?

Best 30" monitor?

Really hard to find many reviews on 30" monitors. Any recommendations? I really like the aesthetics of the Apple 30" display but the price is high and response time seams high. What are you 30" guys using?

good to know, you might have saved me some money. So in the case of these new 58xx cards it sounds like a Quad core is almost mandatory?

CPU/Video Card bottlenecks

Thinking about upgrading myself but am wondering if a X2 6400+ would be a bottleneck for any of these new 58xx cards?(@1920x1200 res) (I wish more benches would be done with different CPU's as not everyone has a quad core)

Is there any performance upgrade with the Apple being LED?(similar to TV's, better blacks etc.) you recommend the Dell for the 30', which model of the 30'? is the Dell the best in the 30' range or just "bang for buck" vs the Samsung/HP/NEC?? thanks :)

Anyone have any thoughts or experience with the Apple Cinema 30' LCD? It looks amazing aesthetically, but how is the performance and is it worth the $500 premium over other 30' monitors? or am I just paying for the Apple name and look?

ATI Radeon 4890 in April?

any ideas on what this would mean for the 58xx line? Does this postpone the next round of cards until next year now and maybe a 4890x2 in Fall 09?
