hmmmmmmm well I ordered one from amazon to save $39 in taxes but it says free promotion of two day shipping. However, when I select it stupid amazon wants $18 to ship....not sure how to contact amazon support so I may just cancel the order not sure.

easy..just need patience...download ubcd (free) and load your hd manufacturers diagnosis utility and run it through a "through" sufarce disk scan..those quick ones of a few minutes don't cut it.
I like IZArc too. It's all we use at our corporation and to me it's 100% just like WinZip..interface and all. It handles unraring just great. Only reason for winrar is if you were going to create them other than that IZArc fits all my compression needs. Here's my guide/dl for it...

On my mom's netgear I had to disable WEP and just lock it down with MAC address. It worked fine for a month but then all of a sudden, no matter what wouldn't release an ip. I found threads on various forms and it's a bug where it the client sends a request but the ip header is mangled from the...
ok this is my experience. #1 you can NOT lock it down via MAC address as it'll change constantly. Also you must BROADCAST your ESSID even though it's not good practice to. Personally I've never get another one of these things. Anyway it works currently.
set your ftp client to use only one thread. It's probably locking you out for 'hammering' it. In other words trying to use more than one connection simutaneously.
