Will XP disk that came with one HP laptop work with another HP laptop

I need to do the repair install on a friends HP Pavillion ZV6100 and I have a windows disk that came with my HP pavilion dv6000. Ive never had luck using an xp home retail disk to reinstall windows on a computer using the COA on the side of it. Going through some stuff I found a disk that came...

What is this tool called?

Home Depot, Mendards, and Frys all carry toner/probes. Im sure Lowes does too but Ive never looked.

How many paid breaks do you get at work?

Hourly here 1 30 minute unpaid lunch that some of us just skip so we can go home early 1 break that I think it supposed to be 10 or 15 minutes but 30 minutes tends to be the norm. Sort of depends on the job and who I am working with.

Place I worked at we didnt get the delivery charge. Sometimes with particularly bad tippers they would just raise the delivery charge for that person and give that to us. For real pain in the asses we'd just say we cant deliver to them. We'd write notes in a memo section that didnt print out...

Cat5 and Cat5e cables, and ISP speeds

Do they even make cat 5 stuff anymore? If I remember correctly its not recognized by the standard gods anymore.

Cabling Questions

I'm curious, how is stranded cable easier to work with? I don't even see how you'd punch them down in the jacks. Plus the solid cable tends to tangle up real easy when you're dealing with hundreds of cables, I can't even imagine how bad the stranded stuff would be to work with in these...

Which band do you own the most albums from?

Dinosaur Jr. Something like 9 albums and if you count J's Solo stuff its up to 11. I finally got to see them live a few weeks back and it was great.

coffee upsets my stomach
