If it is indeed the 1.5v version of the memory then you should be able to set the voltage to 1.5v in the BIOS. You can run memtest to check whether it works or not. Within your operating system environment you can run something like Prime95 and choose one of the blend tests to verify...

If I remember correctly, Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP Professional x64 Edition shared a lot of the same drivers; assuming that your OS is the 64-bit version. Perhaps try the 64-bit XP drivers?
