Living in San Francisco owning a car vs not owning a car

Yeah, I think it would be tough long term without a car. Public transportation in SF is nothing like NYC, Boston, or pretty much any other major city in the world.

Why do Americans treat asian foreigners like they're 5 years old?

As someone that has tried to learn another language, I can safely say that hearing native speakers talk at their normal pace is tough. Have you heard Spanish speaking newscasters?
