Slight overclocking problems

Ok, I think I've found the problem. I updated to the newest BIOS, and I didn't realise until after that it is a Beta BIOS. But I cannot downgrade to an older bios through either EZ flash, or ASUS update. I also do not have a floppy to use the DOS utility. What other options do I have to 1...

Slight overclocking problems

I've tried it multiple times, it is really annoying. I tried setting them all to disable (there are a couple other options in there), still nothing. I read that I should set the DRAM frequency to 667mhz to get 1:1, but the lowest option I can choose is like 700mhz.

New budget gaming rig

What about something like this for the RAM http://www.anitec.ca/product/7...l_ops_edition/#reviews cheesy looks for sure, but can't really beat the price. Anitec is cheaper than NCIX for pretty much everything, except video cards...

The best I could find here for about $250 for a GT/ GTS, which is too rich for this build. I've still got to throw an O/S and monitor on top of this price... Anywhere I could reduce price without really losing performance? i.e. AMD build, etc?

My bro has a macbook with a 60gb harddrive, but it is at capacity. What kind of hard drive would I need to buy to upgrade it? Does it have to be mac capable or any notebook hard drive?

I went to do this, but when I entered "sudo nano -w /etc/X11/xorg.conf" command it took me to a blank screen with some commands at the bottom like replace all and stuff but there was nothing to replace.
