I live ~20 miles from the east coast server and 6 miles from the Ashburn interconnect. My pings from home up to the last two hops are <20ms with 0% packetloss - last two hops are telia and wargaming where I get 30% pl and ~80-90ms ping. Definitely looks like something on telia/wargaming side...

What you have there is galbi jim. A braised version of the short rib marinated in soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, etc. One of my personal favorites to toss in the crockpot all day.

How do I upload 16GB to an ftp server in hours instead of weeks?

That file size really does seem ludicrous. Make a print ready pdf and be done with it. If the artist or your friend isn't capable of doing that...time for new jobs.

Why do planets orbit in approximately the same plane as other planets?

I believe the accretion discs form along the plane of the stars rotation because of gravity.

m48 is underwhelming. It can do well but you can almost positively do better in a t62 or bat with the same skill level. I play mine fairly aggressively at the start and then let the front line tanks take over while i harass from odd angles/flanks.

Golf - How do I draw the ball?

How do I properly seal this bathroom tub valve?

It looks like you can caulk the sleeve/cover plate together on the backside and then slide it on as one piece, although I don't think the majority of your water was getting in from that gap. Looks more like water was leaking in from the larger cover plate, collecting in the bottom of the black...

How to claim a lottery jackpot?

For large prizes (over 100k? something like that) you have to go to the lottery headquarters in your state. Any smaller amount can be awarded at the satellite office. As far as anonymity goes the rules for states differ although I think that going through a lawyer to set up some sort of entity...
