Best place to buy games online?

Gogamer is a good site, but if you want to know where the best deals are you should check out cheapassgamer.com. They don't sell games, it is a forum to discuss deals on games. Essentially a hot deals site just for games.

Restart Steam, Lost Coast is now available!

Steam is telling me my processor is a 1.0 ghz, I have an Athlon 64 3200+, anyone know what causes this?

Bored...

Just a thought, but maybe you are playing too much of the same. I see a lot of FPS on that list with a couple strategy mixed in but not much else. Maybe try to mix in some platforming/adventure games. I guess it is harder for just the PC because FPS and strategy games dominate the market, but...

Fedex shipment from Newegg going the wrong way?

So I ordered my new computer hardware from newegg and it shipped Friday. It shipped from City of Industry and I'm in Los Angeles, not too far away. I got two tracking numbers, looks like they shipped everything in two boxes. The problem is, one of the boxes now shows arrival in the Fort Worth...

Thanks I got it working, sorry for the dumb question, I am pretty new at the networking stuff. I actually figured it out and was trying to connect to the right IP address(192.168.0.129) for a while with no luck, so I reset the router and went throught the steps again, and everything worked...

HOWTO: Use Linksys WRT54G as a wireless ethernet bridge

I was going through your walkthrough and got to step 4f. After I saved the settings and rebooted I can no longer connect to the router typing 192.168.1.1, not sure what I did wrong. I am pretty new to this, so there might be a basic step or thing that I am missing.

Why go with SM3.0 today?

~$245 + tax was convincing enough for me to go with an X800XL using the ATI pre-order deal a while back. Not worth paying atleast $150 extra for a 6800gt w/ SM3.0. If they were the same price I would probably have gone Nvidia, although going into a SFF power use would be a concern too.

It's nearing time to make a 19" LCD decision

I found this program in a search, and I used it to test the 1905fp against my old 17" CRT http://www.prad.de/board/thread.php?threadid=9546 The difference in the test where flags move across the screen and you can change the colors, showed very apparent ghosting. It just really concerned...

20" gamer LCD 1600x1200

The first question is what do you use it for? Games....Movies....Office Aps...etc.? Dell generally has coupons every week or so that often make the 1905fp go below $300, check the hot deals section, don't ever buy something from dell without using the coupons they almost always offer. Also...

FRYS: Seagate 300gb SATA w/ NCQ for $170 AR

Hmmm been looking for this to go on sale, but this price isn't great. I agree with SleepyB the premium for some of the SATA drives is ridiculous. Thanks for the deal, have to decide if it's worth it for me.
