MY CPU TEMP, Is this a normal temps

Under load it changes by 3C? I somehow cast suspicion on that claim but if those are your temps then they are fine.

slow ram timing on p4p800?

slow ram timing on p4p800?

I am a little bit confused about the Ram frequency on my computer. It is the rig below but now I am trying to OC the ram a bit. I did manage to get it down to 3-3-3-7 from 3-4-4-8 which isn't much but I noticed that the frequency was 153.5 mhz. I have pc-3200 ram so shouldn't this read 200...
