Windows freezing for no apparent reason?

Hi, my computer has recently been freezing constantly, and after running various virus scans etc. I have not been able to locate any problems. Also here is my hijackthis logfile. Any problems? I dont wanna get rid of anything without someone making sure its right to do. Thanks in advance...
