Is it the clips that are warping it, or the actual frame itself? You can try flexing it, but not too much otherwise you run the risk of breaking it. Otherwise, get out a utility knife and start shaving off bits from the fan frames.

Was Wondering If These Headphones were good?

Personally, I like Sennheisers. A lot. But when I tried a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-M40fs's.... yeah. These things are $70 ('bout the same for good-quality Sennheisers too) and they're the kind of headphones you see in recording studios. No, not garage-band. Think people who'll make more money...
