windows code interpretation

o.k, a bit more, so basic notepad has only the capabilities to transform or read code into ASCII marks such as when you open up command prompt and the debugger has built in libraries which allows it to translate B8 or so to ADD, 02 or so to ax or bx and so on? does it translate the byte stream...

guys, take it slowly here (please?), take away all these "function calls", "privilege rights", all these strange functions, wrappers and so on (please? :)) o.k, thank u, lets make it as simple as possible, as i'm almost 100% unaware of these inter-processes happening within the OS and ~99.9%...

been taking a look at ISA's and code compilation/interpretation, JIT and so on, what happens to windows code? is there some inside compiler or interpreter which transforms the programs code into machine code? is this something that is happening within the CPU itself, like higher level code is...

i'm wondering why MS aren't using something like a filtering server which takes messages u flag as spam and sending it back to the server to record it, anyway it comes strait to the garbage folder so why wouldn't an outside server do all the dirty job then MS guys can track the main spammers and...

yes people actually say the SB's are working at 5 on air, they give out magnificent results at WCG if you'r on there ~33-34K per 3.5Ghz -avg- at only ~120W from the wall...

any idea regarding power consumption @~4Ghz? p.s - have a look here: hwbot marks at 1M SuperPI, 980XE vs 2600K, the 980 is @6-6.1Ghz while the SB are at only 5.6.. 2600K have a look at the 6.688 records. 980XE would definitely switch for one when second hand market opens up. are you still...

you can try alerting they're abuse mails or network administrators to tackle it though it would take them attended one by one, it happens to work sometimes. the other way is trying to contact this employee and ask him/her to delete these entries, it probably is ain't easy to clear every single...
