Got mine today. Retail box packaged inside of a shipping box. Win7 saw it immediately. Runs about 2-5 degrees cooler than my WD and seagate drives.

My WIN7 problems went away once I totally reconfigured Windows Media Center. I had replaced a Hauppage WINTV card with this one. Remember to connect your cable or antenna to the correct connector for either digital or analog.
