One more thing... if the previous bios' are unstable, then have i got to flash it before installing windows etc? Am I right in thinking this just a case of running it of a floppy before i do absolutely anything on it?

Cheers inspire, I've just read up on the Asus M2N32-Sli, its pricey but they managed to overclock it by 80% which sounds... nice. Seeing as i've only got a few days to make this thing i might just go for the more expensive option but we'll see. Will be interseted to know how your experimentation...

i've just bought an Asus M2N-E and everybody hates it because of its lack of memory support. I'm gonna RMA it and get something i KNOW is a lot more stable if i can.
