    Match every check. 100% match to 8 percent! No vesting period. Immediate. It's through Fidelity so I like to watch my money doubled every pay period. Now that I'm old and high income, I finally am not panicking about retirement and getting caught up nicely.

    I cleared out more than $1,000 worth of coins collected over decades just by throwing a fistful into my pocket and dumping it into the self checkout and using my card to pay the remaining balance. Took a few years to get ridi of most of it.

    Anyone play this? I've been spending some time with the Steam version. It's really an amazing sim. Or game, or something. It's so easy to get lost. And simulations within simulations. This game is something else. I feel like I can only dabble until I eventually retire and have real time to play...

    I get motion sickness almost instantly whenever I try VR. And I don't like things pressed against my face. Until VR is totally holographic and requires no equipment on my body, it's a total non-starter for me. I think VR is never going to catch on or be mainstream.

    Wife and I have one of those grocery list notepads with a magnet on the back so we can keep it stuck on the fridge. We write things down during inevitable conversations about what we need from the grocery store. Occasional random thoughts and discoveries are added over the course of a few days...

    Yeah there's technically a hybrid arrangement but I work out in the field sometimes and they're technically office days so I'm lucky if I get to the office once a week. And I'm not willing to let this cut into my nap time!

    Demand destruction is an industry term and has been part of the commodities/investment lexicon for decades. Only reason you're hearing it now is because gas prices have been top headlines for the past few months. As far as up-skilling, yes, that's bullshit.
