1080 Founders With Hybrid Cooler Revving

I have the newest drivers. It's an FE card that I put a Hybrid Cooler onto. It never did the Revving previously. I thought it was the cooler so I RMA'd it but this one does the same thing. I have also used DDDU or w/e to 100% delete drivers.

So here's my back story. Got a 1080 FE for a great deal new. Wanted it quieter since it's loud with the blower so I decided to get a EVGA Hybrid cooler. It has done a good job of keeping my temps lower and sound lower, EXCEPT, it seems that when my GPU gets to 98%+ usage on MSi Afterburner...

MyPassport X Issues?

Well it was on top of my desktop while I had it running a few times...Ran the 5hr Extended test on it and it "PASS"ed Might have also just unplugged it a couple of times from the Xbox One since you cant "safely eject usb port now"

GTX780 Classified Backplate

Yea i might have to rig it...since I feel like the Backplate wont do anything seeing as how it looks straight already...just not straight level. Will a backplate actually fix it?

Is it worth it if your GPU is sagging a bit? I've had my 780 Classy for about 2-3 months and it has been sagging the whole time. I've been debating on if I should get the 780 TI Backplate since it is in stock and 19.99 with Amazon Prime. http://imgur.com/dxbmjES http://imgur.com/XsYgS89
