1900XTX not performing...

First jus run memtest with ur currrent overclock overnight. If u do not pass this, then set all ur clocks to default and run memtest overnight. If u did pass, then run prime95, OCCT Torture test (keeping an eye on your voltages; especially the 3.3, 3 and 12. Run Prime95 for over 8 hours...

I say he gets a camera phone or wotever, and take a picture of every bios screen for us to check out. Have u ever updated your bios? Remember if ur bios supports Profiles to never load an old profile after updating bios. The problem did sound like a PSU problem at first, but after reading...
