In an attempt to get my new Sata 640GB HD to work, I messed up my external 500GB HD.
I was using the "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool" (located here) to create a bootable USB disk. I accidently picked my 500GB HD instead of my USB flash drive.
It attempted to format my HD using FAT, but...
FFS !
Ok, Lets talk as the price isnt the matter, and since I have these ram lying around..
Now, everyone here have any actual info instead of b/s possibilities they would like to share? I need some factual info, not "yeh sure.. erm maybe"
Well.. I have 4 dimm slots to put the rams in. 2 of them are bieng used by paired kingston pc3200 ram. I have two paired (i belive) pc3200 256mb ram; would that work at optimal speed?

Intel Pentium 4 3.2E
Abit VT7 v2.0
Kingston PC3200 Valueram PAIRED 512x2 DDR (1gb)
My question is thus: Will my sytem run fine with max amount of speed accumalated from the ram if I install those two paired...
