Is it possible to undo quick format?

I mistakenly formatted the wrong drive :( Is there any way to recover from this? I used windows quick format and drive was NTFS

Can I force 1600 x 1200 on a CRT ?

the max I can push my 19' is 1920x1440 so 1600x1200 is possible

AMD 3700 Temps

What's your ambient temperature? Any air cooling temp under ambient is generally false.

Opteron 146 temps idle/load strangely close?

I have a 148 running at 2.82 right now Idle is 36C full load is 38-39C I also found it a bit strange at 1st

Removing HSF from CPU with thermal pad

Heat with a heir dryer for several sec & lift with a twist Should come off w/o any difficulty

Radeon 9700 vs Nvidia 5200

9700 will give a 6600 a run for its money It's no brainer really 9700 all the way

I installed speedfan still its only 32C idle 35C full load I'm running opteron 148 at stock with zalman 7700-cu I know opterons run cool but not that cool

New build running it to installation problems

I have problems installing the 2 1st the zalman I'm installing it on 939 asrock mb When I tighten the bolts to the end I can still turn it clockwise and counter clockwise a few mm each way Otherwise it seems to be sitting firmly on the CPU other wise Is it normal? 2nd the 800gto...

WINDOWS XP PRO = I NEED HELP!!!!!

I do I had the free AVG & Sygate Firewall combo. And for a free antivirus/firewall they are pretty good but after I installed Symantec corp. 9 it made me reevaluate the effectiveness of AVG. Not only did Symantec found existing viruses AVG overlooked it also seems to detect ?incoming...

Sry but the OP is in Europe X10 don?t seem to be shipping internationally not from x10.com anyways Plus there are the 120v/60Hz vs. 230v/50Hz compatibility problems

1st I?d like to state that no matter what route you pick it will involve significant electric rewiring & its highly unadvisable to mess with 220V lines unless you know what you are doing!!! That said I would not recommend going the direct route and connecting ?contactor switches? to USB...

Can you convert a .dwg into a .plt?!

Tnx that was a life saver I figured out how to plot but couldn?t fit to any paper that was available in any reasonable scale. I think the problem is solved now My autoCAD skills are rudimentary at best Tnx to all again

1st thing I checked and unfortunately no. I get multiple options on .dxx types but not plt Unless its some where else other than ?save as??
