bah advice needed mobo and proc

christmas conundrum

actually now that i watch it boot, it has 384 meg ram, any suggestions on fixing the system resource problem? i literally have to reboot after an hour or so, or itll just lock up and force me to restart....whichever comes first... guess that narrows it to cheap vid card or speaker...
