Crossfire making no difference with dual 5870

I get an average of a 38% increase in CrossFire with my VaporX HD5870's in BC2

Will This Short Out The MB.........

I don't understand what you mean by "slot covers", if you mean the rear expansion card covers, I don't see how your motherboard can be touching these.

Asus P6T DeLuxe dilemma

Appologies if this is not the right section to post my question...ah well here goes. There are 6 SATA connectors on the mobo and 2 SAS connectors. Can you connect a SATA device to the SAS connectors, I have used the up the SATA connectors and need to attach another HDD. Thanks in advance.

Building a new pc , is it worth going to SSD or should i stick with SATA

I must admit that coupling an SSD with windows 7 really does make things much more responsive, however, I'm not sure that the increase in speed is justified by the price at the moment.
