limit upload bandwidth in linux

Does anybody have something similar for windows? I need to cut a family members internet access at midnight everynight by restricting his IP address, and also if I could restrict bandwidth for the IP address that would be great too.

Performance gain with P4 2.6c & SLK-900U?

What mobo to go with a 2.4c?

Don't base your judgement on getting the P4P800 just because it has ide raid. I've read several reviews and user feedback saying that the performance is horrible when using them, and that they use more CPU resources than they should. Thats what made me just pick up the IS7 and buy a pci ide raid...

Soltek SL-75DRV2...does it rock?

I think i've got my heart set on the Soltek SL-75DRV2 now instead of the EpoX 8kha+. I'll be running a XP 1900+ w/Mushkin 512 mb pc2100 ddr. Anybody have any problems with the soltek? Does it just really kick ass? Thanks for feedback!
