Opinion on Avaratec Laptops? (5110H)

their shipping tracker is not correct. Goto ups or whoever your shipper website is and track your passage there. It'll show up correctly.

How to??? Filter AC current out... ?

We want to keep the DC signal, not filter it out, so you use a low pass filter with a pole at say 5 Hz to pass frequencies below 5Hz and to filter out frequencies higher than 5Hz.

Win Xp and Abit NF7-S !

I just installed the nf7-s for my computer. Perhaps you should try reinstalling WinXP again? About the cable thing, if you're using the onboard ethernet controller with WinXP, you have to install the drivers from the nf7-s cd. Under XP, I had quite a few Unknown devices in device manager...

NF7-S, A7N8X, or 7NJS....

I also got the nf7-s, and as it turns out, nf7-s does come with SATA and firewire ;) Great board for a decent price!

NF7-S rev 2

I haven't heard anything about a rev.2. Do you have any links or anything? Reason is b/c I just bought the nf7-s. Installed this past weekend without a hitch. Very nice board. :D btw, if you wait too long, you might just end up playing a perpetual waiting game for the nForce2 ;)

Sum (i = 1..n) 9/(10^i) this is also an infinite geometric series. If you recall, when you have an infinite geometric series, the sum equals a1 / (1 - r) where a1 = the first value in the series, and r = the ratio. Therefore, in this case, a1 = 9/10 and r = 1/10, and thus, 0.9999rep. = 1...

even if you haven't taken calculus, i made an earlier post that clearly shows 0.999... = 1 using high school algebra concepts...namely, using geometric series.
