Yeah I don't think they have any rebates yet on the 07's I can get a new one for invoice or a used one for $1000 under invoice... I think I might risk it and save the $1K. It's still under warranty if there is anything major wrong... Thanks!

Blacked out in Seattle.

I got the inspection, the seller is very tightlipped, I have to squeeze info out which is not a good sign. But the inspection showed only minor items that I have in a list. So If I use the standard Inspection Contingency Response form, then I can't really back out of the deal if they accept to...

real estate or construction gurus: cinderblock foundation okay?

I live in seattle, so it rains a lot, and the soil is a bit soft. The foundation is from 1928, and they installed a drainage system. Not sure what the neighborhood uses.
