-12v goes all the way to -13.3 on the abiteq reading. Is it bad?

thank you for your input myocardia. But from reading several threads, people seem to overclock to 200mhz with stock voltage and it is running stable on their system. I hope it is not psu that is causing the problem, if so I can return it now rather than regretting it later.

Here is my setup: 1. nf7-s 2. kingston 2x256 value ram pc3200 3. barton 2500+ 4. antec 350 smartblue psu When I try to overclock to 3200+ the system is unstable. the vcore reading is at 1.67v. Tried to increase the voltage on the vcore to 1.725 but it doesn't seem to help. What might be the...

see this card at officemax for $30 after rebate. Tempted to get this card, but didn't. I just bought a setup include: ABIT NF7-S, AMD 2500+, and Kingston 512mb pc3200. What is a good card to compliment this system that is < $100?

I'm sorry but I don't have the motherboard yet, I just have a case and the cpu. Is it possible to test the fans? If so how please I'm a beginer in pc building and the chieftec case that I just bought don't have a manual.

quick question

Got the chieftec case in today plus the blue LED fans. Can I test my fans with just the power suppply? Do I just need to plug the fans to the power supply? Thank you in advance.
