MFP Print/Scan/Fax 10/100 vs gigabit

I was looking into a new MFP printer/scan/fax for my small office. One of the printers (100 dollars more) also includes a gigabit ethernet port on the printer. Is there any benefit to the gigabit for these functions? I am not printing large graphics, but mostly will be printing PDF documents...

Also the reasons that I want to get something like the mini is the Tower is a dust magnet, loud, generates a decent amount of heat. This is in a bedroom. I would move the computer to another room. With my 4 bay NAS in a closet in another room storage would no problem at all. Just trying to...

Mac mini help

With the Server version I would also be losing two hard drives instead of the one 500gb one. I'd replace that with a 1tb that people are using in the mini's now. I the kit should be roughly 40 dollars or cheaper I believe.

My E8400 seems fast enough, can't seem to justify an upgrade

Does 2nd SDD need to be aligned?

I went into Diskpart and checked. Disk 0 shows the partition while disk 1 does not.

First SSD is working perfect. It is aligned correctly with windows 7. Today I installed my second SSD into the computer. Does this one get aligned as well? I did a quick format, but it is not aligned.

New Intel SSD drives are in!!!

Thanks for the heads up. Ordered mine. 2 minutes later it was out of stock. Also noticed they raised the price slightly on it after I bought it. Used the 10% as well.
