Hard drive problem

I bought a brand new hard drive about 3 weeks ago, and i'm wondering, it's now making a loud clicking noise. When ever the hard drive is accessing, doesn't matter if it's reading or writing, after a while, it will just make a click noise. it's not continuiously clicking, but just clicks. It's...

Equalizer program

Should have been more clear on this. What I am looking for is an equalizer that will take effect global. Meaning that when it will take effect for games/music/cd-audio, etc. You see, in the volume control panel, the controls are greyed out. I can't change it.

Equalizer program

I have one of those integrated soundcards which does not allow me to control the bass and treble. I was wondering if there is a program or equalizer that i can load on start up that added add this functionality? If it helps I'm using one of those SoundMAX drivers.

*POLL* Do you let the gas tank run to "empty" ?

Everytime my gas tank is down to have, i always fill up. I remember the time of the great blackout. My gas tank was down to the last half, it came close to being empty, and the worst part is that you can't fill up without power. So, it's never below half for me.

Yet another school shooting. :(
