xchus, backlight bleeding is when the backlighting isnt even across the screen (usually in the corners). its not really noticable except on a dark background. here is an example (not my pic but pretty close to how mine looks)
I ordered mine last thursday and got it yesterday. Rev A01 from April 05. Backlight bleeding is very noticable in 2 corners, and one pixel is stuck red. I could probably get used to it but if theres a Rev A02 i'm not going to settle for an A01. Whats the quickest/easiest way to get a replacement?
The Dell 2005FPW and 2405FPW use IPS panels rated at 12ms. Samsung should be coming out with some low response time PVA panel LCDs soon, they were showing them off at CeBit see here. PVA is just as good or better than IPS IMO.

wow you hit the nail on the head, my 35w 2200+ was AQYHA and wasnt 100% stable over 2.3ghz, but did 2.0@1.5v or 2.2@1.65 which is enough really, and still a good deal for the price.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but i think you have to use component cables to get an HD signal from an xbox (or anything really), composite/s-video just dont cut it.
