It's not easy to find an IPS panel display with reasonable size. I would really like to have the 2490wuxi but there is only 2690wuxi from nec that I can consider. Here is a picture I found where the left one is Eizo HD2441W and the 2690 to the right...

That one is not available here, and I don't prefer ordering from the net aswell. But, as mentioned above, the Apple 23 model is in stores. Price is the same as eizo 2431 here. The apple model is more about desing and style which isn't necessarily a good thing as far as PQ goes but would the ips...

Just, wondering, is there any other decent 24" ISP panel besides nec's 2490wuxi, which is not for sale in Europe? So far S-PVA seams the only option. Lacie 324 or eizo 2431 come to mind.

Thanks for the advice. Actually, I have grown a bit with my decision. I believe there is no reason for me to go with the 22", since it hasn't got a good edge over the 17". My 17" has 1024 pixs vertically. It would mean that even if I go larger, 22" or 19", which are the same height, there...

This tv talk gets off topic, but if You can live with narrow viewing angle, large box-i tv, the bulb burning out, then why not. If not then the knew 50" plasmas have gotten a perfect 10 picture quality in reviews. What more do you want? Bigger? Then projectors are Your answer.

You would buy the plasma, don't much know about the DLP but still, plasma is the best, no comparison, even with led lcd. :)

Thank you for the advice. Unfortunately, I can not find the LP2065 and 2007FP models in my country at all atm, there is 2007WFP though. Still, I think I would prefer a 4:3 model with 1600x1200 pixels and was wondering, what about the NEC 2070NX or 2170NX. Lets assume I can pay more, then...

Hello, have been reading the new and older lcd thread here and am interested in a new lcd aswell. xtknight, If I'm not mistaken, You've had a Samsung 710T in the past, and upgraded for Nec LCD20WGX². If so , then were there some aspects You liked better on the 710T, like maybe reaction times...
