DDRescue help please

Thank you very much for your help. The data here is not so important or critical, but information / files I'd like to keep if possible. I'm gonna be patient and wait for 1 or 2 days and see if it completes the cloning :( Thanks again!

Windows 10 Killed my Latop

Thanks for trying to help. Yes, good battery, replaced it with a genuine toshiba battery a couple of months ago. Battery was fully charged. All worked great prior to yesterday morning / windows 10 installation

Windows 10 Killed my Latop

No blinking lights. Solid power light and battery when installed. I just took the entire laptop apart. Replaced the CMOS battery, cleaned the CPU paste and applied new paste while @ it Assembled it back and nothing. Not even the fan spins anymore What gives

Windows 10 Killed my Latop

Laptop was put to sleep overnight. Didn't wake up this morning. What's weird is that not even the fan would spin this time, just the power light and nothing else Later this afternoon the fan was on. Still trying to get this to turn on again :(

In 20 years, I've never had an issue this strange...No post, no hardware changes, no apparent reason other than installing Windows 10 Feel free to read All windows 10 NO post, no bios related issues...

I've built many systems...I'd like to think I know what I"m doing I removed the ram, the HDD, battery, wireless card. Swapped HDD's It ultimately posted, but couldn't tell you why It then went to sleep but didn't wake up again And the loop started again...

Edit: Alive again...after resetting, removing hardware, countless times...couldn't even tell you what "fixed it". However, I'm afraid to let it go to sleep again... I did all of that guys If the OS install and stresses hardware beyond its limits it could kill the laptop If the drivers don't...

Did all of that guys....I know my way around systems and again, the system will not even post bios or manufacturer logo I pulled the HDD, RAM and DVD ROM, battery, reset I was able to restart it 2X since I last posted here though. 1st time, uninstalled the current ATI drivers and disabled fast...

Windows 10 Killed my Latop

So I installed windows 10 earlier this morning. It was an update installation over windows 7, solid machine @ least 2 years old Logged in, thought it was a little slow and decided to restart Machine never restarted, just a black screen, no Bios post, loud fan WTH ???? I see other posts out...
