SD Card corruption

Yeah, chkdsk is one of the programs that doesn't even try because it says it's unformatted/RAW. I tried testdisk and PhotoRec, but both of those say it won't work if it doesn't detect the partition size correctly, and they both detect the partition size as 1GB instead of 16GB. I tried both...

SD Card corruption

My wife was taking some pictures today when suddenly the camera gave some write error message. Long story short, I took it out and put it in a USB SD Card reader with the read-only switch enabled so nothing gets overwritten, but my computer (Vista 64bit) says its unformatted. I've tried a bunch...

Urgent HELP! GF deleted pics from SD card. Any app that can revive the data?

i've used SanDisk RescuePro that comes with new SanDisk cards to recover some pictures my wife accidentally deleted. the UI is a little clunky, and you have to have enough space on your local drive for the entire capacity of the SD card to even do a scan, but it worked

installing a gas dryer

tried that and it didn't seem like it was helping any. i guess i'll just have to call a professional. i figured it was just a liability/certification issue. the gas hose comes with the thread compound and leak detection fluid, but that does me no good if i can't get the old hose off :(

i just bought a house and got the washer and dryer delivered today. it only has gas hookups for the dryer so an electric dryer was out of the question. the BB delivery guys hooked up the washer, but said they couldn't install gas dryers. i figured i could just install it myself after work...
