Question Whats going on with my PSU and Graphic Card?

Thanks for your help. I replaced that PSU with other one and PC is working fine now. But still GPU is not working I think GPU is permanently damaged. Now I am finding out what was the reason of this all issues. So next time I can save my new PSU from this.
