Not really too fast, and I don't really know why I'm worried about it. I guess it's more that I'm worried that there is a problem not letting me set the multiplier lower, not that there is a need to set it lower. I like this speed alright, I'm just curious why it won't run at say 2100Mhz...
Yes, it will work at lower mulitpliers. 8 and 8.5 work alright, though I've been spoiled by having it at 13.5 x 166 (roughly 2.0Ghz) and 2200 seems too high to me. It does post at 11.5 (2300Mhz) but it will reboot every so often on stock voltage. I don't want to give it too much juice, so I...
Like the subject says, my system won't even post when I set the multiplier anywhere from 9 to 10.5 My DLT3C (or DL3TC, I don't remember the order, just that it was a 1.5 V 1700XP) JUIHB runs nice and stable at 1.5 volts and 2200 Mhz. The temps are right around 34 degrees C during...
I just started tinkering with mine today and it is awesome. I really like how easy it is to work with and how sturdy it feels. This is my 3rd Antec case and I'd say that I like this most of all. (compared to a SLK2600 and a 1060 plus view)
I think that they are pushing it back so far because now their STEAM code and all their anti-piracy software is now publicly availible. That means that if there were somebody who knew what they were doing with raw source code could find out a lot of ways around that stuff, and make some hideous...

I think that natural selection is a totally cool halflife mod and it can be really fun once you get used to the team tactics required. It's kind of a RTS/First person shooter.
Games are really intense once you have about 6 or more people playing
I like my Alpha PAL 8045 as a socket A cooler. works great and can be really quiet if you use a low speed fan.
unless you'd like to adapt a CPU heatsink to the Geforce 4, Thermaltake's copper cooler is probably your best bet there.
bump :)
The fan on my 9500 np recently died. I contacted Newegg and they said they can probably swing a refund and that would let me get a 9800 np for about $100 more. Or I can buy a new heatsink and fan for it for about $20 (iceberg 4) I'm not really sure which would be a better choice, and I'd...
