I have my desktop in my dorm. I go home on the weekends. Since I can't use BT in my dorm I use it when I get home with my notebook. I think I might go with the 100GB 5400RPM drive. For my situation I think a 7200RPM drive won't be needed.

How's the battery life on the eMachine and Asus M5-6? If these things can get 4+ hours battery life I wouldn't mind the extra weight.

Hot?? ThinkPad T41 for $1750 plus free bundle (save $650)
