I too have been seeing this problem a lot. no big deal, just an extra click or key press, but it's still bizarre. it seems to happen on any computer I'm on too...

Using Wireless (bluetooth) desktop with USB KVM switch

okay I bought a USB KVM switch (an IO gear one). IF I buy a bluetooth wireless desktop, like the logitech one, can i plug the bluetooth receiver into the KVM switch, and have it work successfully? Of course, I have to install the drivers and all, but will it work properly? Thanks.

So I ordered an LP-9900D from Amamax. When I tried it in, it wasn't really smaller at all. Now I see that they sent me a LP-9960A for some reason, which is obviously not one of the smaller power supplies. that and the thing doesn't power down the computer properly. Thought I'd share my...

you know where the best place to get one of these is (online)? I'll do a search for them, but some of the other names that have come up, I've had some trouble finding. Also, do you know the model that LCT makes? I looked on their website, and they have one that is significantly smaller than...

the thing is, i like the case's handle, since it's a system that'll be moved around a lot :). I think I can get the temperature down to a reasonable level, at least where the processor will live long enough. A smaller power supply would help a lot for that. I've already swapped out the...

small ATX power supply

I picked up a really cheap barebones off tiger direct a couple months ago. It was the soyo k7vme mother board. I added an athlonxp 3000 and radeon 9800 pro to to that. It's been running okay now, just real hot.

hmm...the rexpower one I had was a 350W, and the machine was very unstable with it. There was lots of random rebooting. So I think I need to get a higher wattage than that, especially if it's more no-name power supplies :) the larger ones fit in the case, but the problem is they completely...

It seems that im definitely a lot more stable with the 420 watt PSU. i guess i was taxing the generic 350W too much. I'm having heat issues too, but the random rebooting thing has gone away with the bigger PSU

hey all, I was wondering how large a power supply is adequate for an athlon xp 3000 and radeon 9800 pro. I had one that was only 350W and I was seeing a lot of random reboots. Is that amount not sufficient for the hardware just mentioned?

Actually I think my tube is AS2, so perhaps i should switch to cermique. how big a difference does it make? The case has no other exhaust besides the psu fan. Additionally the PSU is mounted in an odd sideways position, which is why it covers the cpu I like it for the handle, since...
