Actually, it is free but it is not worth the time and effort necessary to get it... I could find pennies in the parking lot more efficently than this...
There is a difference between free and fraud... This is clearly fraud.
Why not bring in your own cup and get a "free" drink and grab a bag of chips while the cashier isnt looking. You get a complete free meal that way. Pat yourself on the back on the way out the door.

It looks like regular memory prices are dropping by 15-20% (or they have in the past month)...
