Here's the thing...if it's cold in his area, we know there is a high chance of the water line being frozen. If he were in Florida, it's highly unlikely to freeze and we could talk about other causes. Of course with the weather lately, who knows? Why do we need to know WHERE the water line is...

Is your garage heated? If not, then your water meter may be frozen. If it is, please keep in mind you'll probably have to buy another from the water company.

In the city I work in, the water company is responsible up to the edge of the road right-of-way (right around the sidewalk). Everything closer to the house is the homeowner's responsibility.

I got a pretty good deal on the wheel/cockpit combo, so it wasn't too expensive. Maybe around $500 all in. But now Fanatec only sells high-end kits and prices are pretty astronomical. They don't even offer the Porsche gt3 rs anymore, which was their low to mid-range wheel. I have Assetto...

Dirt Rally

I think it's incredibly fun, but how can you get 1st in a rally?. It's possibly the most fun I've had driving, partly due to the Fanatec wheel/cockpit setup I put together. It just wouldn't be the same with a controller. I wish there were more people that played PvP rallycross at the same...
