Problem with Epox 8RDA

Im at work right now so i cant check the bios, but i tried Master/Slave on HD/CD and even just the 1 CS HD still same problem

Problem with Epox 8RDA

Does anyone know how to fix. or did they hear of any problem with the Epox 8RDA+ my problem is the board has a hard time multitasking, say im running a minimul cpu/hd usage game and i minimize it... i cant even brows the internet. because it cant read/write the hd it just ... LAGS I...

Anyone know anything about the Kingston 256MB DDR ram for $9.99 it doesnt say anything about speed. and i cant find it on Officemax.com listing ;( Maybe 2100? 2700?

Picked up a EPOX 8RDA+, 1700+, 2x256 HyperX3500 ram eveytiome i throw the oc to 200mhz fsb, windows crash's (stupid blue screen), even when i try to format and install, the install freeze i have the cpu runinn 9.0x166 runnin stable... if i go any faster windows locks up. any idea?
