HELP! Video problems

I have a new All-in-One ASUS ET2700INKS Desktop, bought about 6 weeks ago. Some videos told me it needed Adobe Flash Player to run....I installed it. It's the current version, I checked for updates and everything. Now....When I try to play a youtube video, it either stops, says IE has stopped...

My budget 750 max (CPU only...I have monitor) As far as the extension plans.....was a copy and paste thing....didn't mean to....I'll try and clean it up. Most Flex radio users dedicate a computer just to the radio. I wan't to run a web cam with it also, and surf the net. Also, Flex suggests...
