Is it safe to Defrag workstations that have an mSATA SSD?

They are new Lenovo T430U's. You only see the HDD, never the SSD. Only place I can seem to find anything about it is in the BIOS.

Is it safe to Defrag workstations that have an mSATA SSD?

I know there is no use to defragment a SSD. But a lot of new laptops that I manage have a small mSATA SSD, and a 500GB SATA drive. Is it safe to defragment them? I cant seem to find anything about it.

41,514 Application errors, from a "C-Link Service"

AH!!! Holy crap, I bet you're right!!!!!!!!!! Let me uninstall it and see if it goes away. I'm not having any problems. It pretty much stays folding 80% of its life. Its super stable, i just hate having my system logs full of errors.

Wow, that's odd. Nope. Not at all. I built this myself, during black Friday. I don't tether with my Desktop. I mean, I have plugged up my iPhone and our work oncall phone, a Galaxy S2, but only to charge. I just use this PC for work, gaming, and 80% of its daily usage is Folding@Home.

AMD Fuel Service Stopped Working

Hey guys, I just re-installed Windows 7 x64 Enterprise to try to get rid of this error, but it seems to still be here. Here are some notes: I am NOT overclocking. Not in the BIOS OR with CCC. My system is 100% stable (~5+ hours of Prime 95). Everything seems to be working fine. Newest drivers...

CPU/Mobo will be upgraded as soon as haswell hits, so that wont be a concern. I do have 3x 23.6" LCDs for Surround/Eyefinity.

Well, I already have the monitiors. And I like Surround, but like I said, the current games that "Get it right" IMO, are few and far between. But I would imagine all the new games will start supporting Surround/Eyefinity. Wow... I actually had no idea the 670's where THAT much cheaper... I...

What is the biggest difference between 2011 and 1155 with Ivy Bridge? Just memory limitations?

Thing about that, is so far I have found, there are few games that really work with Surround. Crysis 2 and Borderlands 2 seem to work the best. I'm not sold on the whole Surround thing anyways. It's cool, but even brand new games such as Dishonored wont work with it.
