Is my PSU broken?

Assuming that HWMonitor is accurate your 3.3v rail is out of specs, it should be +-5%. I doubt the guy did any repair on your motherboard, it is impractical to do component level repair, and almost all shop can't do component level repair. I would suggest you run the computer 1 stick or ram...

Those ferrite coils are solder to the pcb by the wires that make up the coil. So feeling lose don't mean nothing. To test the power supply get a multi-meter and measure the voltage output under load. What was the problem with your motherboard and how was it repaired?

Beware Newegg cheap (mfg) refurb HDDs.

I stopped buying Hard Drive from Newegg years ago for this reason. I am just dumbfounded that it is still happening.

Designing a new small form factor, Mini-ITX case. We need your suggestions

The case is too big for miniITX. If I was going for a mini build I would not want a case that big.

i7 4790k Noctua NH D15 temps.

I have tried all methods of applying the grease many time and my result are still the same. I think I just have the luck of getting very hot cpus.

i7 4790k Noctua NH D15 temps.

I have a 2600k oc to 4.4ghz with a D14 and a 5930k oc to 4.2ghz with auto-voltage with a D15s, both cpu goes up to the mid 80's running prime95. I don't know how these reviewer get such a low temperature either. I have checked the cpu and heat-sink surface and found no flaws.

front usb port issue

No, the front I/0 cable will only fit int JUSB1 or JUSB2 on 1-26.
