Is the Galaxy S3-S4 notorious for its faulty micro usb port?

My S3 would charge intermittently. Bought the connector on Ebay for $3 and replace it myself. Took about 15 minutes.

NEX vs Micro Four-Thirds (m43) Systems

I dont know much about cameras but if I was to purchased a small cameras todayy it would be Pentax K-01 and xs40mm since its a good price for the image quality you get from it.
