i don't have that much comp fixing experience, but that sounds like you've narrowed it down to the PSU. heh. No reason ur other parts might be bad if your system kept booting through it all. If that ain't it, probably the K8N. Def. try with ur friend's PSU though. Might as well invest in...

how to redirect shared documents folder

How do i redirect the shared documents shortcut in my computer to point to a different drive partition? I seem to have forgot how to do this, heh. Thanks a lot guys

quick question

Kinda silly question, but how do I get the windows preset link to Shared Documents in My Computer to point to a different shared documents folder which I created on a different drive partition? I did this with my documents but then proceeded to forget what I did. Doh! Thanks a lot

Newegg has a really cheap set of Kingmax PC3200 (2x512) right now. Thinking about splitting one with a friend, although I preferred to match just in case, and because it's easier on the mind.

I run 1 stick of 512 Corsair Value Select PC3200 RAM right now in my Epox ep8kda3j (Skt 754) and I'm looking to buy a second stick of 512 since the market is pretty cheap right now. Is it critical that I match my stick, or would a second stick of another brand with the same general specs...

I just tried to install a plug'n'play no-name-brand DVD-ROM drive as a slave to my DVD+-RW drive on my primary IDE cable (my mobo is epox 8kda3j). The BIOS and CMOS detect the drive upon boot as my channel zero slave however I cannot get windows to detect or install the drive for the life of...
