What are you gonna spend your $600 on?

I hope people use it to buy American goods and services. It seems a real shame to spend it on foreign made goods. Now... where can I find something that I actually want that's made here ;-)

Stressful period coming up - how should I manage stress?

Heh, I'm studying for the bar right now.. you have to make sure you integrate regular exercise and other activities in... Sure, I'm studying 10 hours per day and it is freakin' miserable. Don't kid yourself, 10 hour study day is twice as hard as a 10 hours work day. Good luck man!

Vista Gaming

I've actually found I gain some frames (average, min, and max) in Titan Quest under Vista. Especially in the really busy areas. I am running no slouch though - C2D ~ 3.2 ghz, 8800 GTS 320, 2 gb RAM. Oblivion performance is definitely equivalent (no real gain though). I haven't played many...

high all time minesweeper score

I have a good friend who had a screenshot of him doing it in 67 seconds. He was heartbroken when the file got lost in a hard drive crash.. he didn't care about his documents or anything else - just his damn minesweeper image.

EVGA 8800 GTS Temp

I'm at 68 idle (it's warm out) and I get up to 85 at heavy load right now with a medium overclock. My case is decent ventilation and fans, but not fantastic. I wouldn't worry too much.

FSP 450w and 8800gts 320mb

I will say I'm running the Antec True Power 2 450 (not a winner by most accounts) with a nearly identical setup. CPU, Memory, GPU overclocked to the tips and no power problems. You'll be fine.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl

It's a great game - I highly recommend it - cool level design and a neat engine. I had loads of fun playing.

8800GTX in STALKER

I hear the float32 mod works wonders. The game has some issues once it starts raining no matter what system you're running if the lightning starts going.
