GC Upgrade for Dell Inspiron 530

I'm playing at 1366x760 on my little 18.5 inch Widescreen. I'm currently playing most games at Lowest Settings and it Lags. My max FPS is about 15 =/ I'm probably gonna upgrade my monitor after I save up a little bit. I'm trying to aim for a 22 inch :D

need help with window xp

Damn, Lol it sucks. I don't mind reformating but I just don't have an external CD Drive, and where can I download a bootable flash Windows XP(the one I have doesn't work, or it doesn't recognize that program)? I don't feel like buying a External CD DRIVE lol.
