This sounds like a really hot deal. iCuePC.com will refund for 3 or more dead pixels, and the specs seem to be on par or better than all the other monitors out there for less money.

The chipset drivers are just the software drivers for your motherboard. The one in particular was the GART driver.
Finding the drivers depends on what chipset your motherboard has. I have an Nvidia nforce2 board, so I get my drivers from Nvidia's webpage. Hope that helps.
