Any way to lock the refresh rate in Windows 7 64-bit?

They set the refresh rate at 63hz. Arma 2, SWTOR, FEZ, Metro 2033, the first two have config files where you can set the correct monitor refresh rate so no problem there, but the other two don't. I've only had success using PowerStrip which forces the monitor into 60hz, but it needs to be open...

That's a framerate limiter not a refresh rate limiter.

I have MSI afterburner. But I don't see any option to lock the refresh rate.

Any way to lock the refresh rate in Windows 7 64-bit?

There was refreshforce and refreshlock for Win XP but they don't work with Win 7. I need something that locks the refresh rate to 60 at all times since other refresh rates look really weird. Many games just automatically set refresh rate at maximum value possible and won't allow you to change it.

So what you're saying is lower frequency does NOT increase clutter, but simply makes targets indistinguishable from the clutter that persists despite the low frequency? And low frequency reduces clutter then?

Yes the low frequency radars penetrated storms more than high frequency radars but provided lower resolution; weather radars use lower frequency to locate storms that are beyond other storms cause higher frequency radars can't reach them. I remember it, I read it a few days ago. But still...

Oh My Science! South Park - The Stick of Truth

All they're doing is taking the funny parts of the show that you'd only want to watch, then separating and dispersing them among some generic turn based combat sequences, combat that you'd only put up with to get to the next story segment. Also it looks like a flash game.

Microsoft has 70,000 employees, Valve has about 300. And "an operating developed by gamers for gamers", I play dota 2, a valve game, and it has some of the worst stutter and performance issues I've seen with a video game, so I don't trust them in making a stable OS for gaming if they can't...
