Theres just an option for it in the driver control panel - its pretty straight forward.

This looks neat (AIW 8500 Radeon)

Image scaling: 3dfx vs Nvidia

It may be down to how it processes that resolution. For instance I was once told that 3dfx cards couln't actually achieve a resolution as low as 320x240, and in fact it was rendering at 640x480 but rendering 4 pixels for every one (if you see what I mean!).

GeForce 3 or wait for GeForce 3 Ultra / Pro?

R200 sounds like its already in full production - it would be worth looking for that. It would seem at R200 is going to have at least the same feature set as GF3, but with the added benefit of SMARTSHADERS (which GF3 doesn't quite go to). I'd at least take a look at that before making any...

Deus Ex and Kyro II Issues

There are no official XP drivers from PowerVR yet, but some people are using the Win2K drivers with some sucess. But it is most likely to be the cause of the issue as I've not heard of any KYROII releated Deus Ex problems before (its not in any FAQ's), and UT based games generally tend to run fine.
