6gb enough? Samsung s20fe

So, I've been looking at upgrading to an S20 or note 20 bc best buy has them for 800, but the fe is coming out and it looks like the current price will be $600. I like the size processor screen etc Only issue I have with it is the 6gb of ram. Is that going to be enough for 2 or 3 years?

I have windows 10 on a 128 gig ssd and only have 1.2 gigs left because the windows install is taking up 62 gigs of space. I've done storage sense and all of the things google tells me to, but this piece of crap keeps on just expanding. Any ideas?
