No the 8500DV is definitely that, not an 8500, I specifically confirmed the fact with them, they checked and came back to me that it was the All in Wonder 8500DV. Here is my confirmation:

Just in case you haven't seen this PC Connection have the 8500DV for $289.95. I verified the product and I've had one on order for almost a month. ATi have said that everyone will have stock before Xmas.
